How it works
From your list to your back door.
No account setup to get a price. Send the details, get a landed quote, then decide how you want to restock.
01
Send your list
Products, monthly volumes, delivery ZIP, and any spec sheet or sample you already have. A photo of the item you are replacing is enough to start.
02
Get a landed quote
Case pricing, freight, lead time, and a sample plan in one reply — usually within one business day. We flag anything that needs a custom run before you commit.
03
Lock a replenishment schedule
Release orders by the pallet, schedule recurring deliveries, or move to a container program as volume grows. Your pricing is confirmed in writing.
For distributors
A supply line you can put your name on.
Distributors and multi-unit groups get volume pricing, stable case packs, and private-label options — with documentation that stands up to a customer audit.
- Distributor and pallet pricing
- Private label & custom print
- Multi-state delivery coordination
- Net terms on approval

Why Northline
A supplier that reads the spec sheet.
Most sourcing problems start with a detail: a lid that does not fit, a barrier that fails under grease, a case pack that does not match your shelf. We work from the spec, confirm the sample, and write the case pack into the quote before anything ships.
Spec-first sourcing
Send a sample or a spec sheet. We confirm dimensions, material, barrier, and case pack before quoting — no surprises at the loading dock.
Documentation ready
Spec sheets, FDA food-contact documentation, and lot-level reports for the SKUs that need them. Bring your QA team into the conversation early.
Custom & private label
Print, packaging, and product development from agreed minimums. We quote tooling, samples, and lead time in one pass.
Freight, handled
Parcel, LTL, full truckload, or ocean container — quoted to your delivery ZIP and coordinated before release.
Questions
Before you request a quote.
A few things operators ask us first. If your question is not here, send it over — a real person answers.
Read all FAQsDo you sell directly to restaurants or only through distributors?
Both. Restaurants, ghost kitchens, and catering operations can order case quantities directly. Distributors and wholesalers can apply for volume pricing, pallet programs, and private label. We will recommend the right setup based on your location and monthly volume.
What is the minimum order?
Every product page lists its case pack and MOQ. Stock items typically start at one pallet or a small case minimum; custom print and private label carry higher volume minimums. If you are testing a product, ask about a sample or a lower-volume trial.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within one business day, Monday through Friday. Include the product, quantity, delivery ZIP code, and any spec requirements for the fastest response.
Can I request samples?
Yes. We coordinate samples for qualified restaurant and distributor buyers. Stock samples are usually free; freight may be charged and credited against a first order. Custom samples follow a development quote.
Can you match a product from my current supplier?
Send a photo, spec sheet, or physical sample. We will confirm dimensions, material, barrier, and case pack, then quote the closest match or a custom run.
Do you offer custom print and private label?
Yes: custom print on cups, bags, boxes, napkins, and cutlery bands, plus private-label packaging. Minimums vary by item and are listed on each product page.
