Why we exist

Foodservice runs on repeatable details.

The right container is the one that still holds when it reaches the door. The right supplier is the one who can tell you the case pack, the barrier, and the lead time — then repeat it next quarter.

Northline was built around that idea: a focused catalog of disposable foodservice products, sourced and specified for U.S. restaurant operations. We work directly with manufacturing partners so the product, the packaging, and the documentation stay consistent from run to run.

We are not trying to be every supplier. We stock the categories kitchens reorder constantly — containers, cups, cutlery, bags, gloves, and janitorial — and support distributors who need those items under a stable program. If a request falls outside that range, we say so.

What we do

Sourcing, documentation, and freight — in one place.

A short chain between the manufacturer and your back door means fewer handoffs, clearer answers, and a faster fix when something changes.

Sourcing & development

We work directly with manufacturers on the sizes, materials, and barriers that fit a U.S. menu — then confirm the sample before writing the quote.

Quality & documentation

Food-contact documentation, spec sheets, and lot-level reports for the SKUs that need them. Your QA team gets a paper trail, not a promise.

Freight & replenishment

Parcel, LTL, FTL, or container. We quote to your delivery ZIP, confirm receiving requirements, and help set a restock rhythm.

How we work

Three rules we do not skip.

They are simple, and they are the reason a first order usually becomes a standing one.

01

Spec before price

A lower case price is meaningless if the lid leaks or the box does not fit your shelf. We confirm the physical spec first, then quote.

02

Sample before scale

For new items and custom work, approve a sample before production. It is the cheapest place to find a problem.

03

Documentation before delivery

Spec sheets and food-contact documentation are gathered before the release, so your team is not chasing paperwork after the pallet lands.

“We would rather lose an order than ship the wrong spec.”

It is a slower way to quote and a faster way to keep a customer. Every quote starts with the product — dimensions, material, barrier, pack — before it gets to the number.
