Terms of Sale

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude freight, taxes, and duties unless the quote states otherwise. Payment terms are stated on the quote or order confirmation. Overdue amounts may be subject to the maximum lawful late charge.

Shipping terms are stated on the quote or order confirmation. Where delivery is arranged by us, risk passes as stated in those terms. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and receiving conditions.

Returns and claims are governed by our Returns & Claims policy. Custom and private-label products are non-returnable except for defects or errors caused by us.

We warrant that products conform to the specifications provided at the time of sale. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are disclaimed, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing formal action.
